How to spot when your client
may need support

You’re often the first to notice when a client starts to fall behind on everyday details. Early signs of disorganization, missed tasks, or confusion can indicate that extra administrative or household support is needed. Our Identifying Risks for Aging Clients Checklist is a tool you can keep at your desk to help determine when to bring in Life Managers for your client.

How we help your older adult clients

We provide trusted administrative, daily money management, and household support, delivered directly in the client’s home, to complement your work and help older adults stay organized, secure, and independent.

How we work with your clients

1. You make the introduction

When you refer a client, we begin with a brief phone call to understand their situation and confirm fit. From there, we handle next steps, ensuring the process is smooth, professional, and fully respectful of your relationship with the client.

2. We meet with your client

We provide a free in-home consultation to identify what’s becoming harder and the right mix of support. The process is collaborative, transparent, and designed to complement your work, not replace it, so you can stay focused on your area of expertise while knowing your clients have the support they need.

3. We provide ongoing or as-needed support

Your client chooses weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly support in their own home to keep life running smoothly. If planning for Secure Services for the Future, a one-time setup with annual updates that ensures seamless, well-prepared handoffs when your client needs support.

Why we’re trusted by our partners

Professionals rely on us for consistent, high-quality service that protects their clients’ independence while maintaining the highest standard of  professional services.

Hear from our clients:

“Life Managers has been a wonderful service for our elderly Aunt. My sister and I live in 3 different states and we rely on this company to help with many tasks and care when we are not in Philadelphia. I highly recommend this company in the Philadelphia area.”
Gregg H.
“I can’t even say how valuable Life Managers have been in my life. My husband passed away suddenly and I had no idea how to deal with all of my new responsibilities. Life Managers, specifically Karen Casale, picked me up and guided me through all of those new responsibilities. I can’t recommend them highly enough.”
Holly S.
“I cannot say enough about life managers! My mom is a widow in assisted living at Rydal park. My dad used to take care of all financial affairs for over 60 years of their marriage. When he passed away she was overwhelmed with her responsibilities. I found life managers online and interviewed Kim Burns. Kim was extremely impressive and professional during the interview, however, her skills, compassion, knowledge, and overall good intuition have all been a lifesaver. She has organized my mom’s life to the utmost degree and my mom looks forward to Kim’s visits every Tuesday.”
Joan C.
“I have referred Life Managers and Associates to so many of my clients, and have only heard back glowing reviews. It’s wonderful to know that Bode and her thoughtful, incredibly capable team can be relied upon for their flexible support. They really fill what can be a tough gap for so many people. I highly recommend them.”
Katie C.
“Thank you and I can’t applaud your company enough. Kim was absolutely instrumental in my Mom’s care, her caring and edifying heart saw us through some very difficult times. Thanks for everything!”
Mark A.
