Secure Services for the Future

Preparing for the future can feel complicated, especially when important details live in different places.  With Secure Services for the Future, we bring clarity by documenting how bills arrive, how they’re paid, from which accounts, and where everything is stored in your home. The result is one clear, secure record that makes it easy for a spouse, POA, or trusted family member to step in smoothly if support is ever needed.

May include:

  • Organizing key documents, accounts, and contact details in one secure record
  • Updating information annually or as needed to keep records current
  • Providing services when you are ready to receive increased support

Frequently asked questions

No, we cannot act as Power of Attorney (POA). However, we often work alongside your chosen POA to handle day-to-day responsibilities. You (or your POA) always have the final say. Our role is to take the burden of the “to-do list” off your plate while keeping you in control.
You don’t need a big project. Some clients call us just to help with bills, while others rely on us for bigger projects like organizing their home or coordinating repairs. We also offer ongoing support packages if you’d like help on a regular basis. No matter the size, you decide how much support you want.
A good time to start is whenever you want life to feel a little easier or more organized, whether you need ongoing help or not. Some people call us when tasks like bills or home maintenance become overwhelming, while others simply want to get prepared before a crisis happens. Even if you don’t need regular services now, our Secure Services for the Future program can help you get your key information and documents in order. That way, you’ll be ready if something unexpected comes up, and you stay in control.
No. We never access your accounts. Instead, we review your bills and statements for accuracy, prepare checks for your signature, and make sure nothing is overlooked — while you keep full control.
Yes. Your information is private and confidential. If you want us to share updates with a family member or another trusted person, you tell us who, it’s always your choice.

Peace of mind, in their words:

“I have referred Life Managers and Associates to so many of my clients, and have only heard back glowing reviews. It’s wonderful to know that Bode and her thoughtful, incredibly capable team can be relied upon for their flexible support. They really fill what can be a tough gap for so many people. I highly recommend them.”
Katie C.
“Life Managers has been a wonderful service for our elderly Aunt. My sister and I live in 3 different states and we rely on this company to help with many tasks and care when we are not in Philadelphia. I highly recommend this company in the Philadelphia area.”
Gregg H.
“I can’t even say how valuable Life Managers have been in my life. My husband passed away suddenly and I had no idea how to deal with all of my new responsibilities. Life Managers, specifically Karen Casale, picked me up and guided me through all of those new responsibilities. I can’t recommend them highly enough.”
Holly S.
“I cannot say enough about life managers! My mom is a widow in assisted living at Rydal park. My dad used to take care of all financial affairs for over 60 years of their marriage. When he passed away she was overwhelmed with her responsibilities. I found life managers online and interviewed Kim Burns. Kim was extremely impressive and professional during the interview, however, her skills, compassion, knowledge, and overall good intuition have all been a lifesaver. She has organized my mom’s life to the utmost degree and my mom looks forward to Kim’s visits every Tuesday.”
Joan C.
“Thank you and I can’t applaud your company enough. Kim was absolutely instrumental in my Mom’s care, her caring and edifying heart saw us through some very difficult times. Thanks for everything!”
Mark A.
